We gladly accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, alongside digital payment options such as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and AfterPay (available in the US and Canada). PayPal is offered for customers in the US, UK, and Canada. Please note that prepaid gift cards, checks, and money orders are not supported at this time.
Shipping Destinations
Our products are available for delivery across the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Europe, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Australia, and France. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, and U.S. territories may take slightly longer to arrive. For security and reliability, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses, and cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged by such services.
Shipping Notes
All RŪH pieces are thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged before leaving us. Pre-order pieces are expected to begin shipping in October 2026. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We offer international shipping; however, duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and may apply depending on your destination. Please allow additional processing time during collection launches and periods of high order volume.
